Barbie©

It's all right to get a little crazy. There's times where everyone wants to be cocky and mean. It happens around Thursday when you worked your ass off, you out-did your competitors, and you still managed to look cute while doing so. That's when you pop in Nicki Minaj and become the super-villain you've longed to be all week. You might not identify with being an Harajuku hyphen Barbie. But hot is hot; release your inner- Lewinsky. Enjoy the behind the scenes look of her last year's feature on "Right On!" magazine. Styled by the gorgeous, Fatima B.

D&G, I'm obsessed.

Have you ever been confronted by a series of images or pieces and you fall in love, just to find out that the same genius is behind all the pieces. That has been my situation as of late, and the name is Dolce & Gabbana. Please, enjoy the shoes that I found on one of my personal favorite sites (www.seaofshoes.com) and the preview of Madonnna's new ad campaign for the D&G brand shot by the legendary fashion photographer, Steven Klein.

Send Me A Daydreamer

I've always had this image of my ideal guy. A guy that is easy on the eyes and has a mind that always keeps me guessing. In Adele's "Daydreams (nVme Remix)", she has captured the essence of what I want in my soulmate: a daydreamer.
The remix is composed by DJ Mick Boogie, and I have to say that I can no longer listen to the original version of this song because the remix surpasses the original on so many levels. Adele is singing to Slick Rick's "Mona Lisa" beat, and the contrast of Adele's soulful voice to a reconginzeable hip hop beat sounds brilliant. Adele's voice captures me in a way I would want my ideal guy to capture my heart.

Here's "Daydreams (nVme Remix)" - Adele
I hope yo enjoy this song as much as I do.

Hands on the Wheel, Fuck That.

Closing out her set at the Brighton Great Escape in May, American folk rock artist Lissie, signed to Columbia Records, took a swig of tequila before covering Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit of Happiness”.Kid Cudi's Ratatat produced track was already nothing short of great, but when Lissie put her mark on it the song evolved more. The live instrumentation and her captivating voice allows you to really delve into the lyrics. Be on the lookout for her debut album, “Catching A Tiger” sometime this month.

such a spastic love.

This Switch-produced and M.I.A.-written song by Christina Aguilera is exactly what the doctor ordered. Unexpected from the pop-vixen, but enjoyable and fun. M.I.A.'s influences are more than apparent on this track and most importantly it's a really fun song for these disco, Summer nights.

see you later, boy!

Some people play with the rough kids, but don't compromise being one of the chic kids when it comes to the threads. 'Airwalk' (as featured in 'Vogue Germany') shows a mellow, quirky beauty named Keke Lindgard adorned in Prada, Versace, and Giorgio Armani in this photoshoot captured by Claudia Knoepfel and Stefan. Enjoy!

con artist.

I, Myles E. Johnson, sit here writing this over an spinach and cheese omelete, toast with jelly, and a glass of lemonade confess to having a one-track mind; art. My intention have always been clear. Studio13 is a brand focused on sharing unique images and portraits centered not only around fashion and style, but the celebration of indivisuality and life. We were inspired by the freedom of the 60's, the fun of the 70's, the boldness of the 80's, but we're a brand of today and the future. High ideals sometime bring low-lives, unfortunately. This fruition of hatred and ignorance has been apparent to not just me as the owner, but the followers and supporters of Studio13. So, we created "fxckSTUDIO13", it's for the lover and hater in you. Sadly, the haters are more tortured and Studio13 has actually been the victim of hacking and disparaging comments made by pure and unadulturated haters (or hurt people, as I like to refer to them). So, Studio13 decided to change it's home to http://www.fxckstudio13.blogspot.com/. Expect the same great content, interesting pieces, breath-taking pictures, fascinating sounds and cool personalities. While I'm confessing, I must admit that I didn't come to you over my fine, Sunday breakfast to talk pure business. I didn't come to just talk about fashion or our latest photoshoots. It's to talk about how people will come and move in your life and try to take you down. People will move in your life and try to destroy and discourage your dreams. People will move in your life and try to tell you what you can do or what you can't do. It's the nature of the beast of success, dreams, goals, and aspirations. You can try to control what moves in your life and what can't. That can be difficult and tricky (it's easier if you're well-dressed), but what's not as difficult nor tricky, is making sure God moves in your life. It's amazing how brave and fearless you become when God moves in your dreams and how easy it is to let him do so when you are following your dreams out of love and passion. I'm not a preacher or a prophet, so you can easily take what I say with a grain of salt, but know good things happen to good people who do good things.

With saying that, I'd like to announce upcoming projects for Studio13. "What's Done In The Dark" is currently in production and shaping to be one of the best, yet. Studio13 pieces can now currently be seen on http://www.12thdisciples.com/ and http://www.eclecticatlblog.com/. Aswell, as our parent company that gave us the initiative to even pursue Studio13, http://www.greedmontpark.com/. I'm excited to bring more images and content to you all in the future and hope you all stick around for the incredible ride!
